Week 6 of Anniversary Challenge

Clearly I need help. I actually am right back to my original weight when I started this challenge. So.... the good news is that I've enlisted the help of a Dietician and I'm officially on the plan s of today. I have recipes and food plan, meal times all set specifically for my body, my goals and all my nutritional needs. It's basically around 1400 calories per day - and the food looks yummy. So far today I've had greek yogurt with a full orange, honey and cinnamon plus sprout bread with almond butter for breakfast. Then, 20 grapes and 12 almonds for snack and now 12 crackers with 1/2 can tuna with mayo and celery plus 1.5 cups veggies and hummous for lunch. I'm feeling great! So - next week I'm hoping I report better results.
