Week 4 of Anniversary Challenge
Okay how interesting is this? I gained a pound but lost a percentage of body fat. It's muscle and i'm retaining water (bag 'o popcorn and olives😊.
I only did 2 workouts this week but ate fairly well. Here's scale pic proof - put a filter on it so we could see numbers.
So excited - booked my dietitian appointment for next Friday!!! I'll share results :-) Still following my plan.
