Week 3 of Anniversary Challenge

Did so much better this week! I worked out 5 times vs. 4. Did 2 spin classes and 3 sculpt. I learned that adding that last session kick starts the real weight loss. My trainer is going to whip up a 30 minute superset routine that I can add in on a separate day to my usual 4 workouts. She'll change it up every 4 weeks. And - more importantly - i clued in what was contributing to my ongoing weight gain!! Almonds. Tip: Don't eat close to a cup of almonds a day. That would be 823 calories. Sigh. 😊

I dropped a couple pounds - 2.4 - so all good! 
Here's my scale pic - still way too high body fat but I think I'm dehydrated or its wonky.
