4 Week Bikini Body - Delayed a week - but no fear!


She's delayed my bikini body by a week. Sigh. Oh well - I will just have to jump start it myself. As mentioned in previous posts, I also have a dailyworkout.tv account where I post quick, daily workouts 5 days a week. So - for this week - yesterday I went to my fab spin class. This is done by the marvelous MaryKay - she's close to 50 and one of the most beautiful women I've met. Seriously - I'll find a pic and post - inspirational. Today - doing today's daily workout.

Here it is - I've updated to suit my reps:

4 x 10- Ski Hops (Both sides=1)
4 x 15- Push-ups
4 x 10- Squat Hops
4 x 15- Bridge Raises
 
If you don't have Bosu ball- no worries, just do it with no equipment.
