Week 2 of Anniversary Challenge

Well. That was a solid F try ... Only 1 workout, wine pretty much every night - client entertainment, company golf party and general sitting on deck soaking up the sun versus being on track. Sigh. So back up 1 pound to 159.2 but that's actually better than I expected. Time to really get going.

My plan this week is to do all my dailyworkouttv workouts plus my spin and sculpt classes. It'll be challenging but worth it.

On the beauty side, I've gone a little blonder and have started taking the Beauty From Within supplements (by Natural Factor) - makes my hair grow like crazy. Better week this week!!
