Week 1 of 25th Anniversary Challenge - 51 to go :-)

Okay loving the To-Do plan!!! Grabbed my daily plan for July, had calender and email alerts with pics attached keeping me on track and quickly logged each day's results. Wow - easy, manageable AND BEST PART - I lost 3.4 pounds in 1 week. I didn't change up my food too much, but did manage to get most of my 'To-Do's" accomplished: I give myself a C+ grade for keeping on track (big F on wine :-) Check out my results:

Granted - I do have some weight to lose but these simple things made a big difference.

Next, my weekly To-Do's are to deep condition hair, manicure (do it myself), weigh in, take pictures and prepare next week's lunches.
