Week 8 of Anniversary Challenge

And I missed a week. But the good news: I started the dietician's diet 2 weeks ago and am happy to report that I've lost 4 pounds. That's 4 pounds of fat - not water. Many many comments already on how my face looks smaller,  my arms - some people are even asking if I've changed my hair colour. All good news!

Plus - this week I've added in my new workout to the mix: supersets. This is a one time workout per week where I super set 8 different moves using the heaviest weights I can. Want to learn more or see the plan? Comment or send me a note - happy to share!

Keep on going with the new foods and workout. Btw: I'm never hungry and am actually eating more than I did before or the foods I love. Best part of my plan yet - getting that consult with the Dietician. And - it's covered by extended health benefits. Let me know if you want more info...
